The Strategic Objectives
The Yobe State government has identified some strategic objectives for the educational sector.
Teaching
Systematically modernise and upgrade the teaching, learning environment, and physical infrastructure with a view to decongest overstretched capacities.
Leadership
Establish strong execution and management structure to implement the basic and secondary education reform programme under that state of emergency.
Funding
Achieve improved and 100% disbursement of Education Budget, leverage and stimulate flow from non-treasury sources; set up an Education Trust Fund, etc
Education
To inculcate the values/quantities of patriotic citizenship, leadership, intuition, honesty, integrity and gender equality among the students.
